The back works okay. I thought it’d run out of the liquid washer put apparently not so as the back is fine. All the fuses check out. Are there 2 pumps involved here? Because that’s the best logic l can figure so far. Is there a relay that controls the pump. It may be worth checking before I start looking for a replacement pump. Also if I have to change the pump where is the front one it located?

I have already purchased a replacement motor for mine, but haven't changed it out yet.

It runs clockwise for one and conuter-clockwise for the other. Pop the hood and have someone try to squirt the back window. You should be able to find the pump quickly. If it has two outputs then it operates just like mine, and you have an electrical problem somewhere upstream of the pump. If it only has one output, then you'll have to hunt down the other pump. Mine was seized when I got it. Took it apart, cleaned and lubed it, has worked fine ever since.

If I was you I would plan on replacing them, too. The hose is sold by the meter at your MB dealer.

Mine just started leaking, not sure where from as of now. I can feel it just can't see it. On the 2000 G500 the tank and pump are tucked high in-between the inner and outer fenders near the right firewall.
