Online Parts Catalog

My subscription to the "official" Daimler SAI Portal (parts catalog) has just expired with no instructions on how to renew.

Can someone provide me with the link to the third party (Russian?) online parts catalog? TIA!

I renewed mine.  It now works on my Apple products including Ipad. I feel it loads considerably faster, takes a little getting used to after years of using the old EPC.  I use this link to login and it does have a "renew" link on it as well:

https://epc.startekinfo.com/epc/login.jsp

Hope this helps,

Mike

I will inform my Mac-mini and Ipad (light sarcasm and humor), until then , I will continue to use.  Here are some screenshots showing the "Apple" on the  upper left corner.

Re: Online Parts Catalog

Your screen shot is for the "old" EPC-Net system.  That is now obsolete and is no longer supported by MB.  It was replaced in late 2018 by the new ISPPI system.

The new web-based ISPPI (EPC replacement) absolutely DOES work on a Mac, or any system with a browser. I've been using it for almost a full year now with zero issues on my Macs.

One tip with ISPPI -- when searching for a part number, no spaces between the numbers, and always put the letter "A" before the part number. So, the number would look like A4631234567.

I just went to the updated website and changed my PW, as instructed. When attempting to login, it won't go. I sent an email for help to the email address I had for assistance, and received the following in reply:

Dear EPC User,

We are currently experiencing system issues and we are diligently working on resolving the problem. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Thank you for your patience.

Regards,

ISPPI Support Team

Yes, it's working now; although it has a new site and requires multiple logins. Weird!
