My last replacement was at least 10 years ago and I am wondering if I am on borrowed time. Thanks all, G4me

I’d be more concerned about the tensioner pulley than the belt, can’t hurt to do both. The pulley likes to explode leaving you stranded.

Shorter if I detect any cracks in the ribs as Paulunm points out. Really good discussion some years ago on the tensioner and idler pulley. http://www.pointedthree.com/disc/forums/showthread.asp?tid=22507&po... Fernweh/Karl's website is my go to for replacements https://www.g-wagenaccessories.com/products/aluminum-idler-pulley-fo... The bearings are never life time, are not expensive and will be replaced about every ten years when I do the serpentine.

If you have the G-wagenaccessories pulleys, then I would recommend to change the removable pulley bearings at the same interval.

Yes running Karl's Idler pulley. Looks like it is time to place order with Karl for the tensioner pulley and a replacement idler bearing. No cracks noted on the belt but will replace while doing pulleys. Thanks for the responses/help. G4me

Not sure if one size is better, but I typically buy Continental belts.
