I used a hair dryer and a plastic card to remove the tape. Then I used some Goof Off and a microfiber cloth to remove adhesive residue. Finally, I cleaned it all off and put a coat of wax on it. Looks great! Now maybe I'll get around to removing the faded, cracked PPF on my rear fender flares that also has been annoying me for a long time. | ||

Looks better without them. Be careful of removing the rear flare protection. The paint on the flare will chip from rock damage. After having my flare repainted, I had new rock chip overlay put on at an auto accessory shop and ran it up to the top of the leading edge of the flare. | ||
