I was idling with the fuse panel door on the passenger side down and there is a relay that clicks on and off when this happens but I have no diagram for what it is connected too. In the 300GE manual I have it shows it as #6 but it is blank. It is 6 over from the left on the top row, I am hoping someone has this diagram.

On my 500GE, there is an idle Speed control relay, large black relay, located behind the fuse panel that drops down. The part number on the relay is 006 545 84 32. This is located on the right side of the drop down tray, second row on left. The other relays, small silver bosh relays control various items, but I don't have a diagram, I just replaced all of mine. I hope this helps. You should also check your idle speed air valve on top of the engine, your 02 sensor.
