Ze, if you are talking about the plastic hose that goes on each end of the springs I think I only got them for the rears as well. I used a rubber insulator for the chassis spring perch (uppers). It helps insulate sound and functions to some degree like the tubing that pads the spring ends. I will find the number and post it. -Dai | ||

Ze, the part number is A115 325 24 44 trimpacker or rubber bearing. It has an 18 to 20mm thickness. Can be used top and bottom if needed. Front springs only. The spring hoses are difficult to install on large diameter spring wire ends. Try a light oil like WD-40. -Dai | ||

A normal garden hose will serve you just as well as the genuine MB-hose. I fill my hoses with tectyl, an anti-rust treatment. Springs are very prone to snap where there's a rust spot and I've noticed that these hoses tend to fill with sand and salt. Just replaced a spring on my fathers 270 CDi, broken at the lower 1,25 turn after 3 1/2 years. Worst I've experienced is a spring in my 300 GD that broke after only 1 1/2 years. However, with a spring compressor they're both replaced within 1 1/2 hour! | ||
