And you say they have "4 out of 10 trucks left"--did you mean the dealer? Are they trying to be a Europa outfit? By the way, thanks for your reply on the sale of your 300GE. I am sure the new owner will enjoy your G.

Dave Wathen Date registered: Dec 1899 Location: Vehicle(s): | RE: 1998/1999 320g I've also driven a couple of these G320's at AutoEurope. Except for the issue of whether a car dealer is honest, does it really matter whether these are 1999 or 2001 vehicles? I've heard that a number of G-wagons were imported by a person in Grosse Pointe Michigan. I do agree that Auto Europe's service department is excellent.

1998 G320 Date registered: Dec 1899 Location: Vehicle(s): | RE: 1998/1999 320g My G320 was first registered in 2001 in California- It probably took 2 years for the original owner to drive it around (she lived in Switzerland), ship it, get it federalized / california-ized, and registered. mechanically it is very good- there has been some debate on the gas mileage benefits (I mostly drive around town, and it is more efficient than a v8 and has better emissions.) there were some electronic issues that I think convinced her to sell that I was able to repair with the advice of other board members. good luck in your search, m
