Rear vents on 460

Does anybody know what in the inside of the rear body vents, behind the rear windows in 280GE5door.
Its open now and it seem like there should be some kind of cover with a drain or something like that
Anybody Know?

Posed the question to Steve Dempsey
He stated that the ones for 460s were unavailable but the 463 were and should be able to be refitted
Both sides complete $360
