After lifting the front carpets I have found the real location of the damp...! | ||

I readjusted it a few times at the hinges trying to improve the closure to no avail. Eventually I replaced the seal with a new one from the dealer and no more water ingress. Maybe that could be your issue as well. The front floor water is a whole different can of worms. | ||
