Something I heard on the radio today was about much higher emission standards coming in for imported cars as from January - will it affect the future import of such classics do you know?.

Something I heard on the radio today was about much higher emission standards coming in for imported cars as from January - will it affect the future import of such classics do you know?. That will efect the late model stuff for sure. There is even talk about the oil burners being hit even harder, so anything pre-2004 won't be able to come in! But I think the twenty year rule will still apply, so the older cars will be fine. Cars like the W210 won't be able to be imported. My E320 lands on Monday Might get a few more to sell as they'll become harder to find next year...
