RE: Pictures of your engine

I know many don't really like the idea of G-wagen engine mods on this board but here's a pic of my recently completed Kleemann SC install.

Before:

After:

I've since cleaned up a couple of things since I took this picture. (ie zip ties sticking out.  Changed the white zip ties to black on the intake Y-connector)

RE: Pictures of your engine

My newly installed 603A (from a 87 sedan) replacing my 603N/A. Utilized the 350GD crossover intake pipe and repurposed/reconstructed the air cleaner from the N/A with 6 small inlets to 1 large single inlet to mate up with the 350GD crossover pipe. First Pic is my old 603N/A motor that I replaced. Mark

Looks great Mark! How do you like the new engine?

Steve

RE: Pictures of your engine

Here are some pictures and a video of my new (old) OM606.912 (non-turbo) fitted to a RHD 230GE. Its not quite finished yet, needs a fan shroud and some piping changes.

Re: Pictures of your engine

Grazza it looks fantastic. I am really interested to hear how it performs as I was initially going to swap in 606N/A but came across a nice 603A that I used instead.
