Air conditioning / Heater Page at owner manual.

I have just finished the works in the engine / transmition of the 300 GE...change all filters , oils, carter gasket , all injectors and candles. The engine is pretty nice now.

I am waiting Harald material to make the diffs revision .

Anyway i am looking to the blower , not the air blower , but the heater one. The air is working well.

Someone who has a truck from 91/96 ????/ can pic the manual pages of air and heater ? My manual is written in german and i looked to this page a hundred times without understand anything even drinking a lot of beer!!!!

My heater blower is not working ........

Thanks for any help or explanation!

Re: Air conditioning / Heater Page at owner manual.

1=Blower switch (how much Air is getting out)
2=Temperature switch - turn it clockwise then full cooling power
3=Air re circulation
4=Air to the front window (heated or non heated)
5=Heating -full heating lever to the right
6=Air to the legroom
7=windshield diffuser
8=diffuser legroom
9=diffusers - adjustable
10=regulator handle for diffusers
11=adjustable diffusers for non heatable outside air
12=regulator handle for diffusers

The Air condition is quite simple. Turn handle 5 to the left(cold) and switch on the blower switch to minimum at position 1. Turn the temperature switch to the right. Once you turned it a bit, the compressor switch should turn on the compressor. Depending on engine , the radiator fans in front will directly being activated too.

Hope that helps.

Klaus

Ok...Thanks a lot...a need these page tranlation...As i told you things are not working and i have to understand how they have to work.

Fernando, do you still need a English owners manual? I just got my G back and can make you a copy of the manual, if you like. It might take a little while as I have to attend a workshop next week - for attitude adjustment in San Jose, Costa Rica......
