All I could imagine when I saw the first indoor picture was that the round vent in the ceiling above the G is the discharge chute for expired bowling balls from the bowling alley upstairs and someone accidentally opens it one night, and about 200 bowling balls come pouring down onto the roof of the shiny new G.
