I thought I would share what's happening to my G here as this is the place I had good time chatting, exchanging information, sharing thoughts and so on. I'm going to get rid of my MY2000 G. It's been a great car since I got it in 2004. It was my off-road toy, family hauler, toy hauler, car transport trailer hauler, where last 4, 5 years worked mainly as trailer hauler. I've never had a car for so long and feel I'm really attached to this car so much but became not passionate about fixing it by myself any longer. Last 4, 5 years, it needed much more attention, repairs, downtimes than ever. Last week, it stopped shifting and made me to decide to get rid of it. Then, I need something can tow up to 3,000kg, fit 5 passengers, drive on pavement in low range, and has diff lock or traction device so that I can tow in snow. Since I live in Japan, Landcruisers are relatively inexpensive. 200 series starts from 50K USD. It can fit 8 passengers, won't breakdown at all, and fills all my requirements. It holds value so well, that 20 year old LC still holds 30 to 40% of original price. So LC became my first choice for replacement. BUT, I thought about it again. G is something you can't buy new. I can buy LC anytime. So, I've decided to buy another G again It's 2015 G350 BlueTEC. Yes, it's RHD. I don't know why but all the diesel models are offered in RHD where gas engine models are LHD here in Japan.

Logically, LC is the right choice but we aren't logical I guess
