Bad intensifier or clogged lines?

Hey guys purchased a 1 owner 03 g500 that never had been off-roaded. I could not get my front or rear lockers to ever engage, so I took the advice of many and tried using the motive bleeder to push all the old fluid out of the lines (looked like it was never done). It worked in the front after cleaning all the gunk out of the banjo bolt. However in the rear I never got a single drop. I unhooked the brake line from the rear intensifier where it leads to the back slave cylinder and used 30psi and I never got any fluid.

My question is is the intensifier bad if it cannot push fluid from the reservoir to the rear slave? Is it rebuildable and if not where do I purchase or what part number is it. I cannot seem to find it anywhere. How can I remove it since the bracket is welded to the frame?

The center locks fine with constant vacuum running and all vacuum lines are good.

Thanks for any help as I am stumped
