The transfer case on my 2015 G63 with 70k has been in for a leak twice before. The have replaced gasket around driveshaft and that has fixed it....for a time. After a year it starts to leak again, it's been fixed twice now. The dealer is offering to replace the T case under warranty, as it was an issue before the truck was out of warranty. It will be replaced with a rebuilt T case not a brand new one. It seems a bit odd to fix a leak by replacing a $10k transfer case but that's what they are offering.
