Braingears Expert Date registered: Apr 2006 Location: St Petersburg, FL Vehicle(s): G320 & ML320 Posts: 1450 | Bent Connecting Rods Several weeks ago, I sucked some water into my intake, and bent two connecting rods. The engine was upgraded a few years ago to the AMG 3.6L M104.941 engine. Now I've found out that Mercedes no longer sells the connecting rod. Any assistance would be appreciated. | ||

They were $10 each, so for an extra $60 I covered all what-ifs. I just dropped them off at the shop, so I'll let everyone know which length it ends up using.
