The fuel distributor on the M110 K-jetronic fuel distributor has a pressure relief valve with two o-rings. One big, one small. Somewhere I found a site that said they were A007 and A011 and another site said this is spec AS-568A which says it is ID=7.65 OD = 11.21 and CS = 1.78 using Nitrim seal. However, the o-ring I collected is too thin. Does anyone know what the actual OEM size is for the small and large o-rings? These would be the specs (ID/OD/thickness cross-section) to provide to a generic o-ring supplier. Asking the Mercedes specialists in NZ is hopeless. All have to order a $2 part from Germany meaning it will arrive in 2024. I'm not sure the pictures you are showing are correct. One shows a 4 cyl fuel distributor. Are these just file photos you have found or are you taking apart your own fuel injection pump. Here is what I see when I look up the parts in MB EPC for my 1983 280GE. And after that is what this kit looks like based on an online part search with that rebuild kit part number.
