Wow, I can almost bet none of you have seen any W140 like this. Yup, it is from Japan as most of us would guess. It's amazing what people do to their cars over there.

It is a very custom car, but maybe it ruins it? Let's have a vote. Today is election day in the U.S. anyway.

C'mon guys, elaborate, amd make replies. That's what makes the forum interesting I don't like this car much, and like the black grille only. I could give my opinions all day, but would rather hear all of yours.

RE: A W140 Widebody

.....The wheel arches, rims, back window ring pretty much the entire thing is not doing it for me, I do however like the wing mirror things.

Okay, I vote for slapping whoever did that to a W140, and hard.

yea, I agree with you on the wing mirrors, NZ Benz. I also like the black grille, fog lights on the front bumper, and the side mounted turn signals. That's it though.

Marsden, I completely agree with you. It is a cruel thing to do to such a nice car.

This W140 is simply too much. I really don't like it.

No no. That's awesome
It's in the Japanese 'VIP' (pronounced 'beepu') style

I can't be sure of the custom house that created it but on the rear window, right where the middle brake light is there is a sticker that looks like the 'Junction Produce' logo, though the body work doesn't look like one of their normal W140 'jobs'

the wheels are too wide, and the truck lid spoiler is not looking very good, i would rather they didnt touch it. other than that if you change the wheels to something that doesnt stick out too much it will look much much better. i dont know maybe thats the look theyre going for. i would not drive a w140 looking like that, people would laugh at you lol. would they?

yup, I don't like the look of that w140 much, and I wouldn't want to be seen in it either. Cheap looking taillights, weird tires and rims, etc. I feel the W140 should look classy, yet sporty, but not too much of either.

BTW, Glad to have you back mbnz230.

Blah. So tacky. It's just bigger fenders really.

The only things I like are the clear headlights, foglights, and the grille.

Also, for the style of the mirrors, I would've liked the old E-Class style better. It's those little things that make a big difference. Something similar anyway.

well, I'm sure you could find a way to retrofit them to the W140. Maybe when you get a W140, you can do that, and show us all. (you should get a W140 )

LOL, true. Curb Rash must be a common thing with rims like that.
