Captain Spalding Date registered: Dec 1899 Location: Vehicle(s): | Re: put 'em in jail. (at least) That job was done here in the Los Angeles area (not that I'm proud of it) and I know the shop that did the work. They went at the job with a shrug and a "Hey, it's your money" attitude. Although this project is a bit of an abortion, they are fantastic body men.

(at least) I hope the two current bidders going for this vehicle have the sense to at least restore the front portion of the G and to remove the rear spoiler. Also, they need to lose the purple paint job. Personally, I think the vehicle needs to bo back to as original specs as it can. This is a slap in the face to current g owners. And this would not be a show of good influence to future G owners. Our Gs are like homes on the National Historic Register of Places, where the original design and specs of homes are preserved.
