MBUSA released the W164 service and maintenance manual on DVD/CD already. It can be ordered by calling 1-800-FOR-MERCEDES.

I hope the info on the DVD is better than the copy in their StarTek Bulletin. I don't think W164's were available in 2001.
Too bad they didn't include the ML320 CDI. I wonder if there's enough other usable information to warrant purchasing it. |

I don't think W164's were available in 2001.
Might pertain to the issue date of some of the included info, maybe the maintenance manual?...

Compare what is stated on page 1 vs page 2 of the first link you provided. I'm sure that the 2001 - 2006 statement is a typo.

Looks like they just copied the years incorrectly from the W203 section...

| Received Mine Today - Well Worth The Price !!
Mine arrived today. While it - sadly - does not include the ML320 CDI, the wealth of other information on the truck makes it well worth the US$60 price. Want to know how to reset the Maintenance Service Interval? It's there, as well as a whole lot more; and it's fully word searchable.

Does anybody have the procedure to reset the service indicator on the 2005 ML350? The Wrench Icon showed up 1500 miles ago. I change my own oil. 20 minute job including a new Mann filter and 8 qts 0W40 Mobil 1. Very simple.
