Brabus lowering springs

I was thinking about Brabus lowering springs for my car...does anyone have experience lowering their W140? The sales manager Andreas at Brabus in Newport Beach said it would lower the car about 1 inch and give it a good solid stance. Those springs are the only Brabus products available for the W140, as all of the aerodynamic kits and older wheels have been discontinued unfortunately. I asked him about engine work, but he said it would be way too expensive ($40k range).

I too visited the Brabus Showroom in Newport Beach a few months ago or so. They told me that they have even discontinued parts for the W220, which recently went out of production. During that time, they had some of the last new old stock Brabus rims, but they were pretty expensive. They said that they would also be able to do the Brabus Brake package on the W140, but I would imagine that it would cost a lot of money. Still, it would be very interesting to have you're C140 modified by Brabus Newport Beach.

i dont think your cl600 needs to be lowered more, it looks aawesome the way it is. i dont see any fender gap at all. but i think you will gain cornering performance with those springs though, if youre into that, then you should consider it. if its me i keep it the way it is and tuck the dough away for future repairs.

I decided not to lower my vehicle based on many different factors, including you guys' input. Thanks.
