Thanks to ALL!! | ||

I don't understand why, as of today, the W163 M Class forum has 744 topics and 5,799 replies, compared with the 3,388 and 35,449 of the G-Class forum, when just 1 G-Class was sold for each 5 M-Class....

The G-Wagen has been around much longer and has a much larger following than the W163 forum. The ML forum had a pretty strong start when this site launched, but over time people got busy, sold their trucks, and eventually had no time left.

ttaleric Date registered: Dec 1899 Location: Vehicle(s): | Re: THE Forum Asian - Not sure if that is the case. If you look at Mbnz they still have tons of traffic for the w163. I am thinking it is because the limited amount of traffic we see. If people knew we had WIS postings for the W163, I am sure we would see more traffic / users / posts. Or people people just come get the WIS info and leave...

GWagen owners also get busy, marry, have kids, divorce and yet they still have time to devote to the G....

The WIS postings are useful. I also like to use the W210 forum as I am considering one. Anyone think it's a bad idea?

I come here often to see what is going on and have used the WIS postings by Pete and Wolfgang -- Thanks again Pete & Wolfgang. I very seldom start posts and only comment if I think I have information that can help someone otherwise I try to stay out of some of the more "active" or "heated" discussions. Or people people just come get the WIS info and leave... Mike Edited by Mike's ML 1/2/2008 3:54 PM

I guess it did, but it didn't make people want to stay.. Now looking back at all the work Pete has done with the WIS and what not I think it is out of this world that people don't use our website. Especially the W163 forum. We have a "Known Issues" , "User Mods", "TSB's" (Though most of the links are dead now thanks to all data subscription), and of course "WIS".
