Advise needed on converting my G

Hi
I am currently Converting my competition car ..for obvious reasons see pictures . My son decided to change the shape the day after his 18th Birthday
What I want to do is to convert to the original military type G's and need close up pictures please
I need specific pictures of were the doors where cut and the windscreen section with the fold down windscreen

Well, the break for the windscreen has been opened up by your driver already

As for the rest of the body, it seems like it might not be too straight either. Rather than trying to fit the military parts to it, you might just go straight to a "california convertible". Just cut off the top parts using the seam above the rear fenders as the guide. Waterproof the insides, drill some drains and you are good to go.

Thanks, yes the driver (my son )certainly did that for me .Ironically this was the day after he competed in a fun day competition the day before and was the winner of 118 competing cars


Was planning to change it into a cabrio ,just not this soon as I have a standard cabriolet but am restoring it to it's original state .I use this car for 4 x 4 challenge purposes and the our rules state that it must be original/ similar to a cabriolet or open military type car .I compete in the standard production class .We have been kicking ass there

Attached is a pic i got from germany of a G with folddown window ,and i got some very nice pictures from Riako of his car wolf
