Yup, a real post this time.
I've had the following codes pop up a couple times now. Anybody know the fix?
P1453 mfg. control auxiliary emission control
p1542 manf control veh. idle speed control auxilliary inputs

i have no idea... but mine comes on ever 3K miles. then goes back out after a tank of gas. Good luck on tracking it down |

I think you and I have the same pedal value sensor. A temporary sway might be in order.

i already know i need a new throttle position sensor, becuase evey once in a blue moon it gets confused... diehardG had the exact same problem only more regularly. Might just be related.
I didn't know i had an air pump! |

If you pull your TPS, I'd like to dissect it. At times I wonder if that is a problem source. My truck is OBD I (not OBD II) and it is less picky about sensors. |
