Also, since I have the EPC, where would I find that dash cover? Edited by 4x4abc 9/15/2006 9:49 PM

I do not have an EPC at home, but I believe it was in the SA index under the 1st covering and linings. I used my VIN. I will check the location tomorrow.

Harald, If you have the datacard, you should see the paint code that was original to your car (arrowed in the attachment) Cheers (G55AMG.jpg) Attachments ---------------- G55AMG.jpg (176KB - 11 downloads)

I'm trying to find the seat cover material for my early G. PEter The part number for the seat cover will be a combination of the part number as shown in the EPC and the colour code as listed in my previous post. You can find all Mercedes codes here: http://www.mercedesmania.com/mbcodes.html http://www.bekkoame.ne.jp/~mtor/mbvdc.html http://www.bekkoame.ne.jp/~mtor/mbcodedsc.html Cheers Edited by mortinson 9/17/2006 3:51 PM

The MB paint codes are three digits and are the last three numbers. So 9192 would be 192. The four digit code will confuse most paint shops. -Dai
