It will probably need the master cylinder from that vehicle as well. Then there is the matching gear ratio issue... -Dai | ||

We have learned about a retrofit rear disc kit that is available out of Eastern Europe and we are awaiting details. This kit has been tested in the Berlin-Breslau, so it seems to be up to the G's high standards. We'll revert with more info when we have it. Thanks,

On a W463 (as old 300GE or G320 G36) you are loosing your ABS system with this installation . No noticeable improvements on a braking power at all. Expensive installation of rear disc brakes make a sense in only one situation : you use your G as a sport car in trophy or rally , especially on mug there rear drum brakes stop working after first mile. Rear brake dick system is a simple part kit from W463 rear brake parts plus custom machined adaptors to mount all these parts on standard rear drum axel. | ||
