Have a good trip Karl, BTW: I have noticed on the Photo beside the
“Tsherman Beer!!”……Franziskaner…. is it?....Eine gute Gabe Gottes! ….
that you are using a plasma rope on the winch….(not wench!)
and I notice the aluminium (looks like) attachment at the end of the rope.

Interesting….could you give me some detail on this?

Thanks guys,

I can find out what kind of rope it is. The aluminum fitting is spliced onto the end of the rope.

The winch set up is removable - see the proof of concept pics.

The real proof came two days ago - pulled two G-wagens out of a very muddy lake bed - one of those was mine.......

thats wright you have the older bumper with the pin... that will not work for us with the trans coolers... man we suck!

I guess there were a few people asleep at the wheel.........I had offered my second one, but no one was interested so it went to ebay and it went....

Martin, if I tell you - I have to .... you - and we all would miss you

How many of the G-owners would be interested.......? determins the price/cost
