16X8 bead locks for sale.

I have this posted in the for sale section too but considering most of us never look over there i posted it here too.

I had the wheels made for my G500 (02) they are made off the specs that chuck gave me 16x8 5x130mm machined for ball seat lug 5.25" of backspacing. This is my second set of wheels and i went with the "circles" instead of the "triangles"....

I then bought a bead lock kit with what they call "mud locks" and had them made for the wheels.

After the bead lock rings where welded on I had "outer" rings power coated "wet black" to match my truck. Then we used grade 8 bolts and nuts with dual lock washers. I didn’t know you could order them in black so i ended up with gold bolts. Not something i like but you might. For those of you wondering you can mount the bolts either way with the nut in or out, I went with them in because i have the longer bolts. Also if you don’t want to run the outer rings you don’t have to. The tires can still be mounted the correct way as you would any regular tire

Long story short i have 5 wheels that id like to sale or trade on a winch bumper and winch? either ARB or ORC...

Shipping would probably be best to go freight. im guessing the wheels are around 50-pounds each. Also the wheels balance grate. With the 34" mud tire they balanced yesterday fine. One wheel and tire where out .2 of a ounce he said.

$1,300 or best offer, you pay shipping or if you close we can meet up half way.

Oh i almost forgot, i also have the stud conversion kit that will come with it and lug nuts.

Ill post a picture or two and then a link to my webshots and you can see all you want there.

With the new spings i think im going to back to the stock 18 for a while with a 33 or 34" swamper and get a winch bumper. The wheels are killer no doubt but they wheel its self will not get me unstuck

RE: 16X8 bead locks for sale.

What's the thought of the board as to how these wheels would fit a 460 w/o any fender flares? -James

i believe the have a little less offset than a 460 alloy wheel, which means they'll stick out more than an alloy, which i believe means they'll stick out really far if you don't have the flares.

RE: 16X8 bead locks for sale.

Yeah I have been concidering that. I'm a little torn between keeping it completley stock, since it is in such nice shape, or molesting it ever so slightly. Who's the best source for flairs?

I have no idea on that. at one time i looked into doing the G55 flairs so i could run a 315 tire and it have it under the flair...

I added more photos on that link above, you can get a better idea of how the wheels fit.
