are you talking about the switch its self or the hole center section.

the speaker cover and trim are all one piece. that hase to come off first. Ive never had the locker switch appart.

You can remove the 3 switches by inserting a thin plastic putty knife and working around the perimeter. Nothing else has to be removed. No screws. Friction fit only.

There are some springy clips that keep the whole assembly tight against the dash. They shouldn't prevent you from pulling the unit out, but it's useful to know where they are... here's a photo.
