The mistakes I spotted were A) (first video) adding gas even at the smallest (1 meter or so) sand hill. Adding torque to maintain speed increases the risk of losing traction. It is smarter to allow the vehicle to slow down but maintain good traction. B) (end of second video) tight turns in soft sand (or snow) - especially uphill will get you stuck in a second because in tight turns the resistance increases 100% over driving straight. http://www.4x4abc.com/jeep101/soft-sand.html | ||
