I have practiced removing the starter. I had a good practice after mine wouldn't work and I got towed home by a Land Rover 110.
BTW the starter for the 290 GDT is very expensive. While mine was out I did a drawing of it to compare it with the 312 Sprinter which is much cheaper for the 12V version. |
