Unortunately all I had with was my sad, phone camera. A couple of them turned out OK though. Enjoy! My wife and I couldn't spare the time to travel that far but spent the weekend in Victor. Nice, but no comparison to the San Juans. Thanks for the pics!!

Its only a 350 but Mike has it right on. I only had an hour and a half I felt I could play with. I can cover three times the distance on the bike and have more time to just hang out away from the crowded trails. Besides the 280 is still in pieces

What kind of phone is it? I have never been able to achieve that kind of resolution at that size. It is a Motorola Razr, or however they market it Just keep in mind that I took 8 pictures while I was up there and only three were worthy of posting. It is difficult to get the exposure right among other things. It does offer decent resolution, these were taken on 640x480, there is one more step up at 1280x1024.

hipine Date registered: Jul 2006 Location: US, CO, Bailey Vehicle(s): 460 1980 280GE w. 617A | A word about resolution Brent - 7/17/2007 12:53 PM ... these were taken on 640x480, there is one more step up at 1280x1024. And keep in mind folks, that when you're talking about taking pix for posting on the web, those numbers (640x480 vs 1280x1024) only relate to the SIZE that the picture will be when it comes up on the screen. The screen resolution is fixed at 72 dpi (granted some monitors are 96 or can be changed in the display properties, but the important thing here is the idea that the resolution is in the MONITOR, not the picture or the file), so no matter how many pixels are in the image file, you only get 72 pixels per inch when you display it on a monitor. The 640 res picture will come up on the monitor 640/72= 8.8" wide, and the 1280 pic will come up nearly 18" wide, but they'll both have the same 72dpi resolution. It's amazing how good 72 dpi can look though when care is taken to get the real important stuff (like exposure, good on ya brent) right. -Dave G. Edited by hipine 7/17/2007 4:09 PM
