What Are Those?

I came across this old picture of Bogota Airport in Colombia on airliners.net.  It obviously is not a G or a Land Rover.  What I am pointing to are the two utes towards the bottom left hand corner.  Are those old Landcruisers or Nissan Patrols?

RE: What Are Those?

The one in the foreground (closest to the ladder/steps) is a Nissan Patrol.

Re: What Are Those?

Berlin had Gs at the airport in late 2005. Looked to be old 460s.

RE: What Are Those?

The picture is somewhere from the mid-60s to early 70s; the car is a first-generation Nissan Patrol.

RE: Mercedes Benz Geländewagen pickup photo 1

The SWB-pick-ups on second and third picture are widely used on Norwegian airports, mostly 300 GD and NA 290 GD with auto trans and 5,33-diffs. An interesting thing about them is that SWB pick-up is not a body style originally offered from MB, so they are special order and use a normal SWB chassis-number.

Quite a few have also found their way to the civilian market.
