Early Style 460 Panhard Rod Bushings

Does anyone know of a source for the early style 460 panhard rod bushings? Mine are shot and need to replace them, but apparently Mercedes no longer produces the early style bushing.

Any info would be greatly appreciated

Might want to replace the rod.  Probably comes with bushings.

Maybe Titus Pullo can supply you with something, although I think Alan's suggestion is the best.

On the other hand, this is the P/N and pricing for the bushings up to chassis # 034855; and it looks like they may still be available.

I purposely do not offer panhard bar bushings. However our club parts suppliers - Sean or Vlad might have them.

Re: Early Style 460 Panhard Rod Bushings

Hi, These are no longer available from Mercedes and very hard to find as new old stock. Two years ago i found some but when i needed some this year no luck whatsoever! In the end I ordered aftermarket polybushes for the panhard rod and that works fine. If you want I can see if I can dig up the company, polish is seem to remember.

Due to the high demand I added the Panhard bushing to my line of TPS parts. They are now available in both sizes for the older and newer G Wagens.

Check the For Sale Forum. There is a long thread there.

RE: Early Style 460 Panhard Rod Bushings

Do you really think a new rod is the best option? This will cost more than 3 times getting just new poly bushings.
