Love my GL Date registered: Dec 1899 Location: Vehicle(s): | RE: Mel's GL450 Thanks....I plan to visit some family in sterling heights, MI on the way. I also plan on stopping at Chicago, Denver, San Fransisco, then LA. Should be a trip to remember. Anyone ever drive xcountry before? If so, any good stops on the way that I shouldn't miss?
Regards, ~mel | ||

Marsden Classic MB Date registered: Apr 2006 Location: Capital City USA Vehicle(s): Mercedes-Benz | RE: Mel's GL450 IMHO, the single most amazing sight in the USA is the Grand Canyon. (If you haven't seen it before.) It's still off-season so crowds are more manageable. But, Grand Tetons are more along your flight path it would seem. And even the 'generic' Colorado Rockies are stunning Don't miss Big Sur, either. Monterey, Pebble Beach, Carmel, Montecito.......
