Indeed, Ilian; search for Rotzler to find the factory winch option. It's pretty rare and somewhat slow, but it does pull nicely. It's basicly mounted on the front bumper.

Re: PTO (Power take off)

Nice job !!

Any update ?

I was able to buy a PTO transfer some time ago and I still wonder if I'll use it for :
A. a central mechanical winch (based on Toyota unit) using rear PTO output (I have the winch)
B. an hydraulic pump to drive an hydraulic winch (could be central or front)

Updates hopefully in the upcoming months.

I had to make the same decission when use the PTO-transfer case; hydraulic or mechanical.
All things combined, hydraulic takes a lot of components, space, hoses, valves, etc, etc. And money! Expensive stuff.
If possible, I would go for the simple mechanical winch set up or go for a proven hydraulic set up that you can buy for a good deal.
