You don't need to remove it from the vehicle Thanks. That assumes, of course, that it can be pulled out without damage. :raiseeyebrows: A liberal soke with a good easing oil or kerosene, then tighten the fastner 1/4 turn to "crack" the thread before loosening generaly does the trick for me.
