I'd think for around $250-300 one could get a used ETA with a 1999 or later date code if patient. I'm going to keep my eyes peeled for an appropriate one in my local wrecking yard. I figure within a year I ought to be able to find one with good wiring that was a replacement along the way. The yard typically charges $25 for an ETA.

Posts: 1010 | Re: 1995 G320 Wiring harness air intake temperature sensor...HELP How can one identify the harness production date? My truck being 96-97 falls into the risky group. But it runs good, has no ETA syndromes and generally has been maintenanced perfect by the PO.

Applies to the G's just the same as the sedans. http://www.500eboard.com/forums/showthread.php?1784-How-to-determin...
