Those will work, but they seem a bit pricey (as a side note, Vishay is an OEM supplier to Bosch/Mercedes). How about these:

Re: Nolden LED Headlights - Help Needed !

Hey Darko,

I just purchased a pair of Nolden headlights as well, I tried to install one of them in the passenger side. The low beam works perfectly fine but as soon as I pull the highbeam lever, the headlight turns off. I also don't have the position light included in my beam, only have the one H4 plug on the headlight and that's all. Were you ever able to solve this problem?
