Do I need to remove the wiring to do fit new ones properly? Or do they come slit along a slide for easy installation?

Then just few connectors on wiring cables and slide new rubber on place. P

They do break, even using proper tools and techniques. You might also take a moment to check out your window regulator and lube the door lock/latch mechanism.

I used the lazy method of installation, don't hate me. Cut the bellows along the casting mark, install with cut pointing down. You can't see that they are cut once installed and I haven't noticed any additional dust or moisture inside the doors. 10 minute job. Edited by Aircruiser 7/23/2014 12:46 PM

I have done 3 of my doors, the front ones were in very poor shape and one of the rears had a small crack/hole. The front two were done a month or so ago and one of the rear doors this past Monday. In my case, I elected to pull the door panel and unplug all of the wires. The time is about 45-60 minutes per door with this method, depending on if you get everything ziptied down nice and snug before you close it back up. I plan to do the fourth, time permitting, as the rubber is fairly degraded. The window motor electrical plug on the rear doors is a little tricky to reinstall. My next one will be paired with a new window install on the remaining rear passenger door.

It a real pain - that´s what it is :/ I had to pull both my conectors in order to pass inspection, - as my G is a van due to the outrages tax we have here... Had to dismantle the motor from the door to get the connector back on. So I only got around to putting one back on
