It took me about 3 hours and I had to take out some ignition coils, one on the left side and three on the right side. I've used dielectric grease on the boot and anti seize on plug threads. I was reading other forum about 2008 S550 which I'm going to change the plugs next week, and I've found out that some plugs, NGK and Bosch, don't require the use of anti seize, they actually do not recommend the use of anti seize. They are saying that the threads are made with material that don't require anti seize, and if you use it, it will alter the torque specs. I think I'm still going to use the anti seize, but want to share this with you to see what you think of this.

The plug threads are Zinc Chromate-Coated by design, and Anti-Seize is CONTRA-INDICATED. Here is what NGK says: http://www.jagrepair.com/images/AutoRepairPhotos/NGK_TB-0630111anti...

I should've noticed it from your DIY in here. Thanks for your clarification
