Floor Panel, Circular, Underneath rear seat, Driver's Side

On the 500GE, (so I assume similar for G300, G320 and G350) what is the circular panel with 3 x phillips head screws underneath the rear seat, just behind the underseat storage area?
I removed the three screws to gain access, but it looks like there is some black silicone or similar holding the panel in place.

Here is a picture. You will see the grey carpet that lines the tool compartment and medical kit storage area.

Chances are that it is an access plate to a body mount bolt.

The suspense is killing me.
Will you please unscrew those 3 Phillips head screws and open door number one.

I knew I have seen this somewhere.....albeit, the photo shows the rear plug access, description on website shows another in middle under seat.

It's an access for a body mount bolt. I know for sure.
