'Refinished flares on 460G

Finally completed finishing the fiberglass flares on my 1985 300GD. It took a woman slightly bumping into me in a national park, cracking the rear flare. Minor damage, but offer the reason to take them all off. A friend is a boat builder, and he loved the project. I had them finished with a bed-liner material. Also replace the flare gasket with a wonderful rubber material that a supplier sells in Ohio. I will attempt to send photos of finished product, and a photo of the pure rubber gasket (welting) material.

Good to hear from you again Tom.

Are these self molded flares in fibre glass or OEM. Look forward to seeing them.

Hi Tom, as you probably know, the original color is Teifdunkelgrau MB7167 or RAL 9011
