I think every good bodyshop can do this. But I think that there is a big intercooler in the front bumper of the G55K, just wondering how they dealt with it...

I think every good bodyshop can do this. But I think that there is a big intercooler in the front bumper of the G55K, just wondering how they dealt with it... Not very well, look at photo 12 in the link provided & you can just see it to the LHS of the top photo above. You can see the engine oil cooler and lines are sitting exposed below the winch bumper. It at least needs a guard but should have been relocated to a more protected position. For these to be left exposed as they are I doubt who ever built the vehicle never really had much off road driving in mind. Edited by colsG55 5/10/2017 7:54 PM

There are also German internet parts vendors who ship into US, like Partacus or Genuine parts.

Figure out the exact part numbers that you want, then shop around online and at the dealer. The key is knowing exactly what you want.

Then use that VIN to look up the parts that you want. Order parts off of that VIN.

If you have a VIN and an EPC you are good. You can order factory parts from a dealer in most cases.

If you have a VIN and an EPC you are good. You can order factory parts from a dealer in most cases. The EPC is available, but for a fee of $75/yr. Dealers sometimes can or will NOT sell parts that are not meant for your VIN. MB/Daimler puts a block on access to some. Been there and done that. In that particular instance, Sean at Eurotruck has been able to deliver.

I needed to do it for the condenser and the EZL / IZL Unit.

Daniel has 18 inch Hutchinson on the Squared for example. They were seriously expensive, like 1500 euro/piece I think.
