Thats a good looking exhaust.
When you wired in your backup camera did you splice the camera "trigger" wire into the position 11 wire? I just got my radio in and I see where to put the RCA cable but I am not sure where to hookup that trigger wire. Also, did you have to wire the radio to its own 12V power? Mine has a wire for 12V but I am unclear if I am supposed to use it or if its 12V out?
In re camera: I got a license plate frame with center camera and that should give a very clear view. Will let you know. |

I would be a bit concerned about the exhaust getting into the truck, since the pipe ends so far back under the truck. |

When at a light with all windows down I don't have any smells creeping in. This is the same location that the OEM G550 sport exhaust dumps as well as the G55/G63 with side pipes. |

Not sure as I had it installed by an audio shop in town. In regards to the camera, now that I'm committed to that spot I'm sort of stuck with it. I'm buying a wider angle camera to try to get a bit better view. The factory camera location is subpar so hopefully the license plate mount works better for you. I wanted an OEM look versus aftermarket though. |

I have my exhaust right there. Its exactly where G550 dumps. Nothing gets into the cabin.
Got the headunit to fire up. No need to hard wire anything. Just plugs in.
Only weird thing I haven't figured out yet is the steering wheel controls change menu on the center speedometer screen and the radio at the same time. I think I have to do some sort of a learning procedure. This touch screen is just as advanced as my 2016+ cars! The bluetooth is just as clear too. Kinda crazy. Good riddens to the Command. |
