Help with electrical schematic - Please

Guys,

I posted a few weeks back regarding my Light Sensor Visit Workshop showing up after my headliner was removed for rust repair. Since posting and with help from Ertech I have checked wire connector at both light sensor and at Roof Control Module control unit. All connections looked good so I also ordered a new light sensor from Vlad and installed it. I did not think it was the sensor but the replacement cost was reasonable so I threw parts at it and hoped. I still have the warning after new sensor. I suspect the sensor and the lack of vanity lights in sun visor are related somehow. Can someone tell me what wires plug into the same connector as the light sensor? See photo.

Thanks for your help with this. I am happy to pay in local IPAs mailed to your address!

RE: Help with electrical schematic - Please

No. But I was actually just thinking about it this morning as I looked at sensor in rear view mirror. Any idea where the electrical connector from the rear view mirror connects to? Should it connect to the Roof Control Unit? I will look this weekend by removing control unit and tracing wire from rear view. I guess another question is what is procedure to remove the rear view mirror?

Thanks for the help and suggestion. Not sure how I will get the IPAs across the border...

RE: Help with electrical schematic - Please

looking closer at picture of rear view in EBAY ad, the connector appears to be similar to those that plug into roof control unit. If this is the case the unit was checked for bent pins and connector firmly seated. I suspect it must be related to the vanity mirrors - no ground or connector not assembled which is interrupting sensor circuit. But I do not know how to troubleshoot this wiring. I think the next step may be to remove the sun visors and see if they were reinstalled correctly to determine why they are not getting power and then trace back to roof control unit and light sensor.

Enjoy the rest of your vacation!
