This post for those familar with the 460/110 manual & supplements

Hello-

I have the 460 manual + supplements on disk and cannot find a section for disassembling the master cylinders for the lockers- the two located in the middle of the frame. Does anyone know which disk has this info? At this point, I would settle for the exploded view on the EPC- but, I cannot find that either.

Thanks in advance.

WIS has a great very detailed diagram of the exploded diff lock slave cylinder, but nothing of the master.

The EPC doesn't have a whole lot of detail, but better than nothing.

Thanks. I was very surprised the manual had nothing.

Phil:

Here are some images of the Locker Master broken down, etc. I have images of the removal and re-installation process. Need to get it submitted to Clubgwagen. Let me know if you want to see some other views. Removable is straight forward. Getting to the hydraulic lines was the hardest part.
