Well done for getting up that. Looks like you didn't even scrape the sides. What kind of bumper is that on the front , Ian?

Posts: 686 | Re: G400 climbing the lane from hell in wales Didnt scrape the g400, but the next video I will post shows the G300GTD LWB going up with a little more difficulty. The bumper is a ARB thats really for a Landcruiser, with a slight modification, with a warn xp winch attached. We did scrape the front of it when we had to climb the bank to get to the top and recover the others. Just too much overhang on the front. But looks good though. To be honest its a tame road, very short but some how it got called "the lane from hell". Just a bit tricky in some places, driven worse. But these lanes are slowly being closed by our government, so people from the city can walk down them, with there sandels, pipes and a magazine about how to extract water from a stinging nettle, personally I would take a can off Pepsi with me. Sorry about the colour quality, went bad when transeffering. Edited by G wizz 11/21/2006 6:13 PM

I love the sound of that motor :-) Which model LC was that bumper made for? I am looking to do something similar to my '03 G500. I can fabricate adapters/brackets in my machine shop if needed. cheers, Leon G wizz - 11/21/2006 3:06 PM Didnt scrape the g400, but the next video I will post shows the G300GTD LWB going up with a little more difficulty.
