My mothers VW has this and it bothered me for years until I finally figured out that is what it does. Worth a try. | ||

Do you a factory cruise control switch on the left side of the steering column? Is the button on the upper right quadrant of the column? The button could be the capped-off mounting hole for the stalk-switch from the voice control option.... Karl | ||

You cars in SA have a button hidden and you have to push it within 20 seconds of starting the car or even opening the door, if not car dies and you can not restart. So there is the idiot that took it sitting on the road going OOPS | ||

So there is the idiot that took it sitting on the road going OOPS You'r right, I have that in my two Alfas including the satellite tracking , it works fine, for the G however I have only the diesel cut-off (not going in to lenghty ) anyway one can run faster then the thief with the G amzimmy | ||
